Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Operators to join our remote team. This part-time opportunity is specially tailored for college students who are looking to gain professional experience while managing their academic commitments. You will be responsible for entering and updating data accurately across various platforms, helping our organization maintain and organize essential information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in internal databases and spreadsheets.

  • Review and verify source documents for completeness and accuracy.

  • Perform quality checks to detect errors and correct data inconsistencies.

  • Maintain data confidentiality and comply with data integrity and security policies.

  • Support the team with any other administrative or clerical tasks as required.

  • Submit completed work through designated portals or systems within given deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs).

  • Excellent keyboarding skills with a high level of accuracy.

  • Good written English and reading comprehension skills.

  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.

  • A working computer/laptop with internet connectivity.

Experience

  • No prior experience is required—training will be provided.

  • Freshers and students currently enrolled in college or university are welcome.

Working Hours
