Our UK-based client is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a solid background in both international hiring and agency recruitment. Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for international roles across multiple sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with UK-based and global organisations.
  • Source candidates using a variety of platforms including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and talent pools.
  • Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and manage the offer process.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand role requirements, cultural fit, and long-term hiring goals.
  • Negotiate terms with clients and candidates in line with company guidelines.
  • Meet and exceed monthly performance and placement targets.
  • Maintain accurate records using the company’s ATS and CRM systems.
  • Provide market insight and strategic hiring advice to clients.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, including at least 1 year in international placements.
  • Proven background in a recruitment agency or consultancy environment.
  • Strong understanding of UK and/or global hiring markets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and hit KPIs.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Access to a reliable internet connection and a laptop or desktop computer.
