Location: 100% remote PST

Schedule: Monday to Friday Part time (20 Hours per week) PST

The Poo-sition Overview:

Reporting directly to TUSHY’s Head of Growth, you will serve as the product owner of TUSHY’s direct-to-consumer website (hellotushy.com). You will use data and insights to test new features, collaborate with creative, marketing, and CX, and drive continuous improvement of TUSHY’s digital presence.

What You’ll Doo:

● Implement the web strategy for TUSHY, ensuring that our website is optimized for growth and engagement

● Identify and strategize new opportunities, working closely with design, marketing and CX teams to ensure a seamless user experience

● Report on website performance, using data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization

● Collaborate with the marketing team to implement and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives

● Oversee launch of new features, promotions, and bug fixes

● Use GA4, Shopify Analytics, Triple Whale, Clarity, and VWO to track and analyze website performance, user behavior, and conversion data

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in web management + development at a Shopify brand
  • Strong understanding of agile methodology (sprints, standup, agile re-prioritization)
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to measure and report on website performance and user behavior
  • Experience using GA4 or similar analytics tools to track and optimize website performance
  • Experience running A/B tests and actioning on those insights
  • A self starter who is highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Experience building or working on mobile apps is a plus
  • Passion for start-ups, e-commerce, and rapid growth is a must
  • Good sense of humor and a comfort with poop puns!
